Unfortunately not. We are only able to work with self-hosted WordPress websites.

What information do you need from me?

In order to get started will need your website admin and FTP/SFTP login details. You can either send us your existing logins or create a new user for us to access the website. When you sign up you can send us your login information in a self destructing link or if you prefer you can send through another method.

Is your service really 24/7?

Our core team is based in the UK and we have employees based all over the world so we can really provide 24/7 service, so if your site goes down at 3am on a Sunday we would be notified within 1 minute and get the site back up for you.

How long will my care plan take to implement?

Once we receive your login information we will have your plan set up within 24-48 hours.

Will I receive update emails?

Yes, every edit or update we make will be covered in an email to you so you are always kept in the loop.

Does it matter what hosting provider I use?

No, we work with a wide range of hosting providers so we are always able to assist. If you want to look into migrating your site elsewhere and would like some recommendations please get in touch with the support team and we would be happy to assist.

Do you manage woocommerce websites?

Of course! We provide care plans specifically for the ongoing support of any eCommerce site built on WordPress.

I need a new feature added to my site, are you able to help?

Of course, although it is unlikely to be covered by the support plans, please get in contact or submit a ticket and someone in our team will be able to assist and provide a quote.
